You’re here because you're ready for change and tired of the past weighing you down. Maybe you feel caught in a cycle of shame, doubt, and fear. Starting therapy is a courageous step, and I'm here to walk with you through this journey.

In our sessions, you'll find a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your true self. Individual Therapy

Whether you want to heal from painful experiences, change your mindset, boost your mood, or improve your relationships, individual therapy provides a safe space to achieve these goals.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative form of treatment for trauma, PTSD, and more. This interactive therapy addresses distressing symptoms and underlying causes while changing the way the trauma is stored in the brain.

EMDR Intensives

A focused form of EMDR Therapy— it condenses sessions into a shorter period, like a few days or a week, allowing for more in-depth processing. This approach helps clients quickly address trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges.

FIRST SESSION

We'll discuss your needs, goals, history, and what you want from therapy. This helps me understand your situation and tailor my recommendations to best support you.

SETTING GOALS

We'll identify goals, such as reducing symptoms, improving relationships, or building coping skills. As therapy progresses, new goals may emerge, and we'll adjust our approach to support your growth.

  • Currently, I only offer virtual therapy sessions. This allows for greater flexibility and convenience, enabling you to attend sessions from the comfort of your own home. Sessions are conducted via a secure and confidential video platform which can be accessed from a computer, tablet or smartphone.

  • I am an In-Network provider with UnitedHealthcare, Optum, and Oxford Heath. I do not take other forms of insurance at this time. If your plan has an out-of-network benefit, I am happy to provide you with a monthly super bill (a detailed receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please be aware that reimbursement will depend on your insurance coverage.

I don’t have evening or weekend sessions at this time.

  • Each client receives an individualized treatment plan, so session regularity will vary between individuals. However, most clients attend weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions. We’ll discuss your schedule needs and treatment recommendations when you begin therapy and as changes arise.

  • The beginning of therapy will be a lot of information gathering during the first and possibly second session to help us determine the direction of your treatment plan. My goal is to provide a welcoming and inclusive space, where you feel safe and comfortable to share about your experiences. I will facilitate and guide our sessions while taking your input, preferences, strengths, and goals into account.

You can expect to have space to share without judgment and support as you explore yourself, relationships, past experiences, and what you want out of life.

  • The therapeutic relationship is built on trust, and it will take time for us to cultivate that in our work together. Please know that my goal is to provide you with supportive, honest, and compassionate care throughout the duration of your treatment.

We will proceed through exploration at the speed at which you’re comfortable with. That’s not to say that there won’t be times in therapy when your courage and vulnerability will be requested. But I won’t push you to talk about areas of your life that you’re not ready or willing to discuss. We’ll go at your pace.

  • Under federal law, health care providers must provide patients who don’t have health insurance or are not using insurance with an estimate of their bill for health care services before those services are provided. This estimate is called a Good Faith Estimate.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of services upon request or when scheduling services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate in a way that is accessible to you.

You have the right to have your provider explain the estimate to you upon request.

You have the right to dispute a bill for services that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers or call 1- 800-985-3059.
