LATINA LCSW, EMDR CERTIFIED THERAPISTI'm a bilingual, bicultural first-gen Latina—Mexican and Cuban, raised in a vibrant but underserved community, the daughter of an immigrant single mom. I know firsthand how anxiety, generational trauma, and cultural stigma around therapy shape the women who walk into my office. I also know, from my own healing, that the work is worth it.
